Each of our office are open for business from 9 AM to 5 PM each weekday. We are closed on holidays.
WALK-IN

Each office location holds walk-in time from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM each weekday morning and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM each weekday afternoon. No appointment is necessary. Patients are served on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed a specific provider. If walk-in is busy, patients may be given an appointment time if necessary.

@ SOUTH CHURCH LOCATION
Weekend Urgent Clinic is held at our South Church location and is by appointment only. Calls are accepted starting at 8:30 A.M. on Saturday and 12:30 P.M. on Sunday.
Clinic hours are based on overall demand and may differ daily. Please contact (336) 228-8316 for more information or to schedule an appointment.
AFTER HOURS
UNC Nurse Connect registered nurses are available when our offices are closed to assist established patients. They offer medical advice and are also able to contact our on-call physician if needed. Please call our office and follow the instructions to be connected to the after-hours triage line.
