We are working on better ways for our families to access their child’s COVID results more quickly and efficiently. We realize that phone communication can be time consuming and frustrating for parents due to our increased call volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we continue to make improvements during these busy times.

Beginning 9/9/2021, we implemented some new strategies. If your child is tested with a PCR test, we will give you a note during your appointment. The note will state that your child has a pending COVID test. It will provide an alternate diagnosis when appropriate and give you guidance about your results. Next, we recommend that you sign up for the LabCorp Patient Portal. When your child’s results are ready, you will receive a notification and you can print or download the results directly from their portal. Once you receive the results you can attach a copy to your note and give it to the school.

Go to https://patient.labcorp.com/ and click on New Account to set up your portal if you do not already have access. The patient portal account should be set up with the parent’s information. To add your child, click on the Dependents Tab and click +Add to set up each child. We hope that this change will expedite the documentation that parents need to get their children back in school safely.
